Capturing at the Boat Show

The Boating Industry Association (BIA) of New South Wales produce the Sydney International Boat Show and the Brisbane Boat Show, leading events for their markets with an audience in excess of 70,000 visitors. Having absorbed the Brisbane Boat Show through an amalgamation, the BIA knew that they did not have a large pool of data for marketing and research purposes.

EventsPass was brought in to provide data-capture services for the Brisbane show. Coupons with EventsPass QR Codes were distributed at the entrance, with visitors encouraged to register at a prize draw using CheckIn and with participating exhibitors using LeadGen.
