EventsPass registration in the Hunter Valley

Hunter Wedding Expos (HWE) are a series of fantastic boutique bridal expos organised by a dedicated team of wedding suppliers based in the Hunter Valley. Hoping to reduce the administrative burden of pen-and-paper registration and lead generation for their stakeholders, HWE engaged EventsPass to deliver their Bridal Expo in the Vineyards in 2018.

Our Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) system meant that there was no requirement for expensive hardware for exhibitors to tap into the digital registration data that EventsPass provided.  Furthermore, for the Brides, they were able to register once and simply scan their way around the suppliers they were interested in at the event.

Hunter Wedding Expos recently chose to use the EventsPass Data Capture at our Wedding Expo held in June 2018. We found the system smooth and our attendees found it easy to use.

The businesses who utilised the data capture system were overwhelmed with the amount of direct leads that they got, plus the scanning technology was very convenient and easy to use on all levels.

Moving forward Hunter Wedding Expo will continue to use the EventsPass system and are looking at including as a standard tool for all exhibitors.
