From the way our system works and what it delivers to the way we approach supporting our customers’ events, we are guided by a set of mantras, or principals, that have been forged through years of industry experience and a desire to excel.
A variation on the classic KISS strategy, but for us it applies differently across our stakeholder groups. For producers, we want to make the basics as easy as possible: have a simple event, get up and running in minutes. For vendors and sponsors, most of the end-users are on the booth during the show so we focus on making that last mile of service the smoothest. And for attendees we created 1-pass, which allows them to use a single ticket code on any device (or printed) to do everything they to need at a show: event access and parking, merchandise collection, food and beverage vouchers, registration and entry into drawings, and of course to be scanned by vendors they are interested in. They register once, then can scan anywhere, anytime.
When using a system like EventsPass, data really represents opportunity for you as a producer. We help you turn it into: higher ticket sales, optimized marketing spend, ROI for your vendors and sponsors, enhanced experiences for your attendees, and more. But if you don’t get relevant data until after the show, you’re always looking in the rear-view mirror wondering “what if?”. Every event has challenges and we know that when these little hiccups happen, the last thing you want to be worrying about is your ticketing. Onsite, this means our team is there early in the move-in testing everything from Wifi, to power, to printed tickets. Pre-show this means we have project plans and managers in place tracking tasks and deadlines. In the system, we have created many set-and-forget features to make sure you can focus on the important things in the week leading up to the show.
